Our Model
Superkids is built on a simple premise:
Kids learn best when they are trusted with real responsibility.
We work in two stages:
Learn to Lead
Many children enter our programs behind in literacy and foundational skills.
These children are taught by our teen mentors who provide academic support, and help them form productive habits: showing up, completing tasks, asking questions and trying again
Through small-group practice in reading, math and communication, students display real, measurable growth by working together.
As competence increases, so does confidence.
Lead to Learn
As our students grow, they take on real responsibility: mentoring younger children, assisting with activities and leading workshops.
Teaching reinforces learning, responsibility strengthens follow-through, and skills are passed down from one child to the next.
This is how the model sustains itself.
