Our Programs

Superniños puts kids into action by meeting children where they are and using peer teaching to help them grow.

In each of our programs, children are given the opportunity to both learn and lead—first building new skills and then using them to support others.

Kid Teachers

Serving as one Paraguay’s only reading support programs, our peer-to-peer literacy program helps children learn to read—and then become teachers themselves.

Learn

Children strengthen reading, writing, and communication skills while building confidence as learners.

Lead

Kids teach phonics and reading comprehension to their peers, while learning leadership and public speaking skills during our summer leadership camp.

“I love helping the little kids... they remind me of how I felt when I couldn’t read.”

GLOW Club

GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) helps girls discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, and build the confidence to shape their futures. Using the global GLOW model, the program focuses on leadership, empowerment, and advocacy.

Learn

Girls learn that their voices matter and how to use them.

Lead

Work with mentors, support other girls, and lead projects that strengthen your community.

Becas Arandú provides scholarships to Superniños graduates, helping them apply their leadership skills in higher education and community projects.

In 2025, scholarship recipient Micaela used this support to focus on her studies, represent her university at major events, and participate in an international leadership conference in Brazil.

Why This Matters

Lasting change happens when people are empowered to create it themselves.

Our Learn to Lead - Lead to Learn model turns opportunity into a cycle—young people learn, grow, and become the leaders who create opportunities for others.
